“The AFLP was a tremendously valuable experience. It provided a comprehensive leadership toolkit and practical advice that I have been using in my role to facilitate better outcomes. The support of the mentors also gave me the confidence to explore new opportunities, which led me to a more senior role within SA Government. The most rewarding part of the program however was building connections with colleagues across government and being inspired by the extraordinary work they do.”  - Alison

“Stepping into a leadership role was very daunting for me.  But now after completing the AFLP, I am feeling more capable and ready to lead. We all went on a journey of growth, confidence building and great networking.
