The History
Change@SouthAustralia

Change@SouthAustralia was established by the South Australian Public Sector in 2012. It was designed to harness the potential of the public sector workforce to increase productivity and improve its connection with the community.

Change@SouthAustralia brought leaders together from across the sector to create a culture of collaboration, continual improvement, and positive change.

Change@SouthAustralia initiatives, specifically the South Australian Public Sector Values and the 90 Day Projects, encouraged change and contributed to a vibrant public service that worked together and solved problems for and with the community.

90 Day Projects

The 90 Day Projects were the key offering of Change@SouthAustralia. More than 80 projects were delivered between 2012 and 2018.

The 90 Day Project approach supported organisations to deliver projects that addressed complex problems, with a focus on delivering genuine public value. Projects came from both inside and outside of government.
