The South Australian Government is committed to supporting the wellbeing and resilience of public sector employees. More than one in four Australian workers’ productivity is compromised due to below average wellbeing.

There is a need for improved individual and collective understanding of wellbeing and resilience and its impact on productivity across the South Australian Public Sector, and a greater awareness of improvement strategies.

The strategic context considered in the development of this project is found in the SA Government Modern Public Service Policy. The South Australian Public Sector Values are considered central to the design and development of project outputs.

The 90 Day project involved designing a program to build the well-being and resilience of public sector employees. The output of this project will intended to identify a suitable candidate/s to design a program of work for purposes of a pilot.
