The South Australian Public Sector has a focus on improving PMD across all agencies. To support this, OCPSE has developed two online education modules: one for managers, and another for employees.

These modules are designed to increase awareness and understanding of performance management, and provide a broad overview of effective PMD in the workplace.

The modules have been developed to provide a common platform to improve awareness and understanding of employee PMD in the South Australian Public Sector.

The content of the modules are intended to complement existing online and face-to-face training offerings available across the sector. The modules take approximately 20 to 30 minutes to complete.
