Our public sector relies on exceptional leaders to mobilise change and role model respect and inclusion to the wider community.

The Aboriginal Leadership program is specifically tailored to advance the skills of Aboriginal employees wishing to step into a leadership role, or those wishing to develop their leadership capabilities.

Please note: Following the conclusion of the February 2025 program in April 2025, the South Australian Leadership Academy will be undertaking a strategic review of the ALP program. Therefore, it is anticipated that a refreshed ALP will next be delivered from early 2026.

The Aboriginal Leadership Program provides a culturally safe and inclusive learning experience where participants develop their skills to become highly effective leaders.
