This program is designed for South Australian public sector frontline managers and team leaders who are responsible for managing staff.

Participants can be new managers or experienced managers seeking to re-calibrate their skills. This is a practicing leadership and management program and is not suitable for aspiring managers.

While executives may attend, specific executive development opportunities such as Executive Excellence and Next Execs are provided through the South Australian Leadership Academy.
