As an extension of OCPSE, the South Australian Leadership Academy (SALA) is committed to developing leaders across all levels of the public sector to promote a resilient and future focused workforce.
SALA aims to:
- Provide ongoing learning experiences for aspiring managers to experienced executives
- Deliver thoughtful and analytical development programs promoting continuous learning
- Develop leaders who lead with integrity and create safe, inclusive work cultures

QUTeX has partnered with the South Australian Leadership Academy to provide fully funded access to online short courses. Continuous learning has never been more accessible with QUTeX Fundamentals self-paced online courses, comprised of 7-10 hours of foundational learning on a variety of topics.
