As an extension of OCPSE, the South Australian Leadership Academy (SALA) is dedicated to developing leaders at all levels of the public sector, supporting a resilient, inclusive, and future-focused workforce.

SALA’s purpose is to:

  • Offer continuous learning opportunities for everyone - from aspiring managers to seasoned executives
  • Design and deliver thoughtful, evidence-informed development programs that foster lifelong learning
  • Cultivate leaders who lead with integrity and champion safe, inclusive workplace cultures
  • Strengthen collaboration across government, community, and private sector organisations
  • Unlock workforce potential and enhance performance across the public sector
