Registrations for the February 2026 SALA Leadership Development programs are now closed.
Delivered by the Office of the Commissioner for Public Sector Employment (OCPSE), the South Australian Leadership Academy (SALA) offers inclusive and practical programs to support public sector employees at all leadership levels — from emerging leaders and frontline managers to experienced executives.
Programs are delivered year-round, with registration open during two designated periods each year.
Manager and Authorised Agency Delegate approval is required before registering.
