The State Government is the largest employer in South Australia and is committed to increasing opportunities for graduates to join the public sector.

Currently, graduates can face challenges in accessing information and may be required to participate in multiple recruitment processes when seeking employment in the South Australian Public Sector. Simplifying access to graduate careers and streamlining the application process will make it simpler for potential employees and help to attract the best and brightest to the sector.

This 90-day project was designed to propose a framework for an across-government graduate program, with the centralised offering supporting the ‘One Government, One Employer’ Program and assisting to position the South Australian Government as an employer of choice.
