Module 2 - Recruitment and selection

This module shows how to plan for new staff.
It explains how to run fair recruitment and selection processes.
You will learn to:

- follow the rules for public sector recruitment
- understand each step in the recruitment process
- set up a good selection panel
- ask clear and fair interview questions
- choose the best candidate fairly.
Module 3 - Induction and onboarding
