Who Should Attend?

  • Leaders and professionals currently involved in change initiatives
  • Project leads, team leaders, and managers navigating organisational transformation
  • Those seeking to strengthen their change leadership mindset and toolkit

This is a practical, strategy-focused program tailored for individuals actively engaged in change processes. It is not intended for those without current or upcoming responsibilities related to change leadership. However, it may be suitable for individuals preparing to step into such roles, depending on their readiness and context.

Program Context

SALA recognises that change leadership in the public sector takes many forms. Leadership in change may not always align with formal classification or titles. This program supports that diversity by welcoming participants from a range of roles and levels.
Participants at the ASO4 level and above may be accepted based on the relevance of their role and responsibilities. If you're unsure about your eligibility, we encourage you to discuss your participation with your manager.

Express Your Interest

Are you ready to lead change with clarity and confidence?
The Leading Change Program offers a unique opportunity to build your capability, connect with peers, and drive meaningful outcomes in your agency.

If you're interested in attending a future intake, we encourage you to:

  • Speak with your direct line manager
  • Connect with your HR, organisational development, or learning and development team
  • Explore how this program aligns with your current role and development goals
